  • All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability or pricing errors.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.

  • You have the right to return non-used, unopened products within 14 days of receipt.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

  • Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable unless faulty.
