At ASP Creative Crafts, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase of Reslin® and related creative products. Please read our Returns & Shipping Policy carefully to understand your rights and options.

1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including tracking details where available.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

  • Standard UK Delivery: 3–7 business days

  • Express UK Delivery: 1–3 business days

  • International Delivery: 7–21 business days (depending on location)

 

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on weight, size, and destination.

 

Delivery Issues:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues.

 

Packaging:

  • All products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

2. Returns & Refunds

Eligibility:

  • You may return unused, unopened products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

  • Custom or personalised orders cannot be refunded unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used Reslin® products (for safety and hygiene reasons)

  • Personalised items (unless faulty)

 

How to Return:

  1. Contact us at info@aspcreativecrafts.co.uk to request a return.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. We will provide instructions for returning your items.

 

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

 

Faulty or Damaged Products:

  • If your product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately at info@aspcreativecrafts.co.uk with photos of the issue.

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund as appropriate.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are handled as a return and new order. Contact us to arrange.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges unless the product is faulty.
